What Am I up to Now?

The primary purpose of this page is for you to get to know me better. On this page, you will find everything that I’m up to as well as the things that are top of mind for me.

Sleep

I’m trying to sleep more and sleep better. My ideal routine is to wake up at 4:15am, but since the COVID-19 Movement Control Order in Malaysia started, I haven’t been able to do that.

Nutrition

Taking care of my nutrition is a huge priority for my health right now. I am overweight, but I’ve been making great progress shedding off my body fat. I try to start every morning with a coconut oil-infused green smoothie, a cup of Lion’s Mane Mushroom Coffee by Four Sigmatic, together with health supplements such as fish oil, vitamins, and colostrum.

Reading

I love to read during my past time. If I’m not going through a Kindle book or a physical book, I will be reading/watching/listening to items that I saved to my Evernote. I consider myself a slow reader because I take notes as I read.
