Great article, thanks for the heads up. I'm particularly interested in your blogs about outsourcing, as this method offers a lot of benefits to any company.

Hey Cory,

Thanks for your nice comment. I really appreciate it.

For my online business, I outsource most of the routine tasks such as
article writing and submissions, research for blog post ideas, keyword
research, etc. I still like to have some of the tasks done by myself just
because I always feel that the work I do myself for, say, blog post on this
blog, is way better.

Thanks for the comment again, Cory. See you around on the Internet. I see
that you have a nice blog too. Keep it up.

Great post!

Here are a few of my comments:
1) Re. outsourcing - what specifically would you say is most outsourceable (outsourceable is definitely not a word...but I'll use it here :)). What do you outsource most?
2) Re. customer service - right on! "If your business is still not paying attention to customer service, you will not be in business for long." Totally agree.
3) Re. newsletters - I have yet to create a newsletter...but might start a personal quarterly newsletter starting in 2010. "11 Tips for Improving Your Newsletter" is a great article - thanks for linking to it!

-Cory

www.corylevy.com

Thanks for the comment, Roland. Having people working for you can sometimes
be a real headache and I have seen businesses that are forced to keep
underperforming employees just because of legal terms that are tied to the
employment contract.

Great tips for 2010. Outsourcing is certainly a good thing to consider. It takes away the need to employ staff and the problems that can bring whilst still having people work for you.
