For my online business, I outsource most of the routine tasks such as
article writing and submissions, research for blog post ideas, keyword
research, etc. I still like to have some of the tasks done by myself just
because I always feel that the work I do myself for, say, blog post on this
blog, is way better.

2) Re. customer service – right on! “If your business is still not paying attention to customer service, you will not be in business for long.” Totally agree.
