This is an old post but for new bloggers, I would advise them to start out
slow and slowly ramp up the efforts if they are able to find more time for
blogging. However, once the frequency is there, don't try to ramp up or tune
down by a huge gap, your readers will not be used to it and unsubscribe
rates are likely to go up.

I think high frequency posting is much better as you are more connected to your visitors. People like to see new things often and if you follow the low frequency then there may be chance that you may disappoint your readers. Also with high frequency you are in touch with the lasted updates in and around the world and this helps your to connect better with your clientele.

Thanks. Constant reader must be retained and we, as a blogger must always try to sought for new readers as well.

Current readers might know our posting frequency but new readers might find it too fast or too slow at times.
