Many people tend to believe that you can learn to become an entreprenuer but I blieve it is a natural ability to born to be one. It takes passion and commitment. Not many people have what it takes to become an entreprenuer no matter how talented they are.

I think entrepreneurship is all about the mindset and because mindset itself is a word with vague meanings, people have different definitions for entrepreneurship.

Passion is definitely a must have in entrepreneurship and I think it is a must for a lot of things as well if we want to become successful at doing those things.

Glad to hear that your blog is doing well. Keep it up! ;)

When i was in university I had a simple view of entrepreneurship as someone taking a big risk and trying to make it big.

With a few years my view became simpler, and i viewed it as an essential part to getting ahead and its easy to make it big. Ya that was the hype of these business books I believed.

I also viewed entrepreneurship for the money part not the actual making a difference, doing it with a passion.

Now I view still view it as essential part to getting ahead and making something of your life, of course I don't think its for everyone.

I think the passion has to be in there before anything else, next comes probably management skills to be able to run the operation and people.

So far with my blog, I am enjoying the ride.

Thanks. Wikipedia defines entrepreneur as a person who owns a business which I think is not true. It kinda prompts me to write this ranting blog post.

My definition of entrepreneurship is very similar to yours except I also agree with the traditional definition that it involves taking risks and making decisions on the move. Great blog, as always.
