This gives me an idea how to do business better! We always think of new marketing strategies but we often forget to reevaluate our existing ones. I might have to draft my new year resolutions too!

I really like the "Answer Your Client’s Most Pressing Question" resolution. Entrepreneurs are missing this most of the time. Once they sell something, they forget the most effective way of getting their customers back, e.i. entertaining their questions about the products and service.

"Outsource Smarter, Focus, and Expand"

I strongly agree with this one, and I'm not just referring to outsourced admin support. Outsourcing offers a lot of benefits to a company, in whatever form it is used, like in admin support, customer services, writing jobs and human resources.

Some great resolutions for 2010!

Amongst all my goals and targets my main resolution is to focus on the success of each of my clients as their success will bring more than just financial reward.

I want to help them grow and achieve their dreams and if I can be a small part of their success by helping them with their marketing I will have achieved my 2010 resolution.

Yes, time management is a crucial factor that determines whether you can
achieve your goals in 2010. We always want to do more but we don't always
seem to have the time.

For me personally, I adopt a time management system that is adapted from
tips that I learned from popular productivity blogs such as Zen Habits and
LifeHack.org. It worked pretty well for me and everyone should have their
personalized time management system because we all have different working
patterns.

Varinder, you also have a nice blog post (http://www.writingleaf.com/?p=111)
on your blog about time management and New Year resolutions which I would
recommend people to check out.

Nice post.I believe whatever be our resolutions, the primary thing that matters the most is time management. How do we manage out time?

Small business

1. Often we forget the little guy, the SMB, in our discussions of the comings and goings of the Internet marketing industry. Sure there are times like this when a report surfaces talking about their issues and concerns but, for the most part, we like to talk about big brands and how they do the Internet marketing thing well or not so well.

2. The Center for Media Research has released a study by Vertical Response that shows just where many of these ‘Main Street’ players are going with their online dollars. The big winners: e-mail and social media. With only 3.8% of small business folks NOT planning on using e-mail marketing and with social media carrying the perception of being free (which they so rudely discover it is far from free) this should make some in the banner and search crowd a little wary…….

www.onlineuniversalwork.com
